Required Skills: Logistics Process Engineer Responsibilities: Develop, refine, and maintain knowledge management repositories to promote safe and efficient data center logistics operations. Manage version control within documentation and proactively review documentation to ensure the most up-to-date process information is available. Communicate effectively across regions and with cross-functional stakeholders to gather inputs for training and documentation rollout. Identify process gaps proactively, engineer solutions, and distribute updates across data center regions. Lead team activities, set priorities, schedule and track work, provide guidance, and ensure resource availability. Review logistics performance against targets, benchmarks, and service agreements. Minimum Qualifications: Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Industrial Engineering, Management, Logistics Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field with 24 months of relevant experience. Experience involving: Learning and development programs within logistics, retail operations, supply chain, or related industries. Knowledge of ERP systems, WMS, TMS, MS Office suite, and other supply chain tools. Effective communication and relationship-building skills within cross-functional teams. Collaboration across multiple teams and ability to work independently. Background in Supply Chain, Business Management, Engineering, or Operations Research. Handling ambiguity, operating in high-growth environments, and solving problems with limited oversight. Interest and proven experience in process improvement and gap analysis.
