Position: Test Engineer (HCC Radios Hardware Testing) Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in HCC Radios Hardware Testing U.S. Citizen with an active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain one Ability to travel up to 25% for testing support Proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong communication and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently or in a team Desired Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering Training in Defense Acquisition University courses and DoD 500.2 manual Primary Duties: Support government testing efforts as a SME, analyzing system requirements and developing test plans and procedures Review and contribute to program documentation requiring T&E provisions Draft and update test documents including T&E Master Plans, Test Plans, Reports, and Briefs Coordinate and execute testing activities, including third-party facilities when necessary Develop and maintain test strategies, plans, procedures, and schedules Provide recommendations on system development and improvements Assist in drafting and editing related documents and participate in meetings LTC Solutions is an equal opportunity employer.
