This role involves developing core AI/ML capabilities to enhance Splunk's product portfolio and support customers' digital resiliency journey. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior members, and contribute to the engineering roadmap. Responsibilities Develop AI/ML platform and infrastructure for cybersecurity and observability domains. Work closely with software engineers, scientists, and product managers to integrate generative AI solutions. Stay updated with AI/ML advancements and incorporate them into our technology roadmap. Participate in strategic discussions on AI directions and product development. Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, with 3+ years of experience. Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), model deployment, version control (Git), CI/CD, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), and MLOps platforms (MLflow, Kubeflow). Experience working with data scientists and DevOps teams. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Additional Details Salary range: $176,600 - $225,900 USD.
