Our goal is to enable the sale of reasonably priced products effortlessly. Responsibilities Enhance search quality and user experience by optimizing query analysis and relevance matching. Implement multi-modal matching to understand e-commerce video content and improve perception of product authority. Improve the end-to-end shopping experience from browsing to after-sales. Design and develop ranking systems to personalize shopping interests. Increase shopping conversion rates across merchandise, videos, and live streams to grow GMV. Address industry and business challenges such as supply-demand matching and sustainable growth. Analyze and evolve systems for long-term GMV growth. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, Statistics, or related fields. Recent or current graduate with a background in Software Development, CS, or related disciplines. Experience with recommendation systems, ML, deep learning, data mining, CV, NLP, or multimodal ML. Proficiency in Python and/or C/C++, familiarity with ML frameworks, solid data structures and algorithms knowledge. Strong analytical, modeling, and problem-solving skills. Publication record or ACM-ICPC medals are a plus. Must have valid work authorization during employment.
