Key Responsibilities: Quickly learn and implement state-of-the-art technologies and algorithms in Generative AI to help build top-tier LLMs. Develop and maintain essential platforms for developing, evaluating, and deploying LLMs in real-world applications. Collaborate with team members to explore design approaches, prototype new technologies, and assess technical feasibility. Work closely with Applied Scientists to process large data sets and optimize machine learning models at scale. Experience with distributed model training is a plus. Basic Qualifications: 2+ years of professional software development experience. 2+ years of design or architecture experience with new and existing systems. Proficiency in at least one programming language. Preferred Qualifications: 3+ years of complete software development life cycle experience, including standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations. Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field. The compensation for this position ranges from $129,300/year in our lowest geographic market to $223,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay may vary based on market location and relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Additional compensation may include equity, sign-on bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package.
