The name Exentec expresses technological excellence and exceeding the limits by combining the words excellence, expertise, and experience with cutting-edge technology to meet the growing demands of tomorrow’s industries.*Role:*The incumbent is responsible for ensuring that all assigned scope of work is executed as per training, policy, procedure and aligned to the expectation of the customer.*Responsibilities:** Coordination with Operations Manager to ensure complete and comprehensive maintenance scheduling* Collaboration with counterparts at other Customer Fabs (where applicable)* Creating Method Statement and Job Safety Analysis for non-routine maintenance tasks* Higher level troubleshooting for system faults and alarms* Coordinating shutdown activities* Assisting with complex / labour intensive maintenance tasks* Performing system software changes / backups (subject to MOC)* Performing system parameter changes (subject to MOC)* Ensuring all tools requiring calibration (e.g. torque wrenches) remain within test date and certification is available for auditing purposes* Generating maintenance compliance reports for customer* Generating non-conformance reports where deviations from maintenance plan exist* Ensuring that a current version of all Operating Manuals is available to all in a centralized area.* Reviewing / monitoring spare part and consumable inventory and consumption, and making recommendations to adjust stock holding* Ensuring maintenance team are reporting activities in customer ERP / FMS system* Training & development of Maintenance team* Assisting EH&S with any incident investigation efforts, including Gas Detection releases*Qualifications:** Education: High School Diploma or GED* Technical school (or higher) is preferred, although not essential based on experience and knowledge of industry.* Preferably a minimum of 3 years in a similar role* Meet and pass the initial and annual acceptance criteria laid out by the customer.* Effective communication, organizational and interpersonal skills* Ability to lead, train, and support a team in a dynamic environment*Preferred:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP system experience preferred* Willingness to work flexible hours as needed* Commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence* Must be able to wear a respirator / SCBA mask.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:* 401(k)* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Employee assistance program* Flexible spending account* Health insurance* Health savings account* Life insurance* Paid time off* Referral program* Vision insuranceSchedule:* Day shiftWork Location: In person
