The MAINTENANCE ENGINEER is responsible for ensuring the property is consistently maintained in optimal condition with minimal disruption to guests and staff.
Responsibilities:
  • Clearly communicate information and ideas.
  • Quickly and accurately evaluate and select among alternative courses of action.
  • Perform well under pressure and in high-stress situations.
  • Effectively manage workplace issues, including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and resolving problems.
  • Work with and understand financial data and perform basic arithmetic functions.
  • Actively listen to and address concerns raised by co-workers and guests.
Duties:
  • Interact with guests and team members in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance based on scheduling needs.
  • Adhere to high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including wearing the designated uniform and nametag while on duty.
  • Follow all company standards and safety regulations to promote efficient operations.
  • Maintain a warm and approachable demeanor at all times.
  • Be attentive, helpful, and courteous to guests, management, and fellow team members.
  • Conduct repairs on HVAC systems, including changing filters, cleaning coils, and replacing motors.
  • Perform preventive maintenance on essential equipment such as boilers, chillers, and electrical systems.
  • Take and record required readings on the equipment.
