What you will do
As a Maintenance Reliability Engineer, you will:
Develop and maintain a comprehensive maintenance schedule and plan for all Tetra Pak industrial equipment and machinery which includes routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and equipment overhauls. Coordinate with maintenance teams and contractors to allocate appropriate resources (personnel, materials, tools) for scheduled maintenance tasks. Create and maintain maintenance plans, records, work orders, and spare parts inventory. Implement Tetra Pak’s computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to track and manage maintenance activities for Tetra Pak machine lines. Identify potential risks and safety hazards associated with maintenance tasks and develop mitigation plans to ensure a safe working environment. Communicate with external vendors, suppliers, and contractors to obtain quotes, source parts, and schedule outsourced maintenance services. Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop and optimize maintenance strategies, including preventive maintenance plans, spare parts management, and lubrication schedules. Implement Reliability- Centered Maintenance (RCM) principles to determine the most cost-effective maintenance approach for each asset, considering safety, environmental, and production impact. Establish and manage Condition Monitoring Programs (CMP) to assess the health of equipment and predict potential issues. Utilize advanced predictive maintenance technologies and methodologies, such as vibration analysis, thermography, and ultrasound, to identify equipment issues before they lead to breakdowns. Perform detailed analysis of Tetra Pak equipment and systems to identify potential failure modes, causes, and consequences. Participate and drive continuous improvement initiatives and changes (kaizens), recommend process enhancements, and work with teams to implement best practices. Conduct Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) on critical Tetra Pak systems and equipment to identify failure modes, prioritize risk, and develop strategies for mitigation. Use data analysis tools and techniques to extract meaningful insights from maintenance data, driving continuous improvement in asset reliability and performance. Integrate maintenance procedures and activities within the Production Process to support other team efforts. Provide training and support to maintenance personnel to ensure that they have the skills and abilities to execute maintenance tasks. Collaborate on the planning, execution, and closure of capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects, including new installations, upgrades, equipment replacements, and process improvements. Drive innovation and stay updated on emerging maintenance technologies and practices.
We believe you have
Bachelor’s degree in Automation, Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field, and 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance or reliability engineering.
Must have work experience in:
1. Maintenance Planning and Scheduling including maintenance planning of production equipment, such as tools reservation, acquisition, human resources hiring, organization and allocation, work order itemization and assignment.
2. Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM).
