Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field. A Master's degree is preferred. Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in manufacturing engineering within the consumer electronics industry, with a strong focus on PCB assembly and electronic product manufacturing. PCB DFM Expertise: Essential expertise in PCB design considerations for manufacturability (DFM). SMT & Assembly Knowledge: Proven experience with SMT processes, reflow profiles, soldering techniques, and electronic component handling. Strong understanding of PCBA test methodologies (ICT, FCT, AOI, X-ray) and various assembly techniques for complex electronic products.
