Job Description
This position will report directly into the Director of Engineering and be responsible for: Support customer's technical needs from program initiation to First Article Inspections
Develop and maintain manufacturing processes and work instructions for various metal products
Ensure product materials meet strict specifications by evaluating material properties
Improve processing capabilities using continuous improvement principles
Enhance material process flow to boost on-time delivery during production
Contribute to the selection and design of tooling, fixtures, and gauges for manufacturing
Supervise equipment modifications, upgrades, and automation
Promote a Zero Injury Culture through actions and safe job procedure development
Hold the authority to perform all assigned tasks and activities

The Successful Applicant
A successful candidate will have: Bachelor's in Engineering
3+ years of process engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
Aerospace & Defense background preferred
Metals experience a plus
CAD experience, SolidWorks and Cadra
