Job Description

Interpret custom blueprints to determine most efficient manufacturing processes. Utilize CAD software to design components, fixtures, and jigs. Aid with process development. Interface with clients and sales teams to understand order specifications. Analyze metal fabrication processes and implement improvements as needed.

The Successful Applicant

3+ years of manufacturing experience. Sheet metal fabrication experience (laser cutting, welding, forming, grinding, etc). Strong experience with CAD software (SolidWorks preferred). Strong process development skills.

What's On Offer

Base salary up to $95,000 based on experience. 3 weeks of PTO. Quarterly bonus potential. Health, dental, vision, and 401K plans. 401K profit sharing contribution.
