: Manufacturing Engineer
As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between shop floor operations and engineering processes. You will be responsible for planning and optimizing the milling of parts by obtaining and interpreting drawings and routing information from engineering. Your role involves delivering efficient job routings and workflows to the shop based on customer BOMs and specifications. Additionally, you will support quoting efforts for new projects by interpreting prints, BOMs, and estimating machining times. Collaborating with machinists, you will troubleshoot programs on the floor to ensure efficient and accurate production.
Responsibilities
Plan and optimize the milling of parts by obtaining and interpreting drawings and routing information from engineering.
Deliver efficient job routings and workflows to the shop based on customer BOMs and specifications.
Support quoting efforts for new projects by interpreting prints, BOMs, and estimating machining times.
Troubleshoot programs on the floor and collaborate with machinists to ensure efficient and accurate production.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in manufacturing engineering and CNC programming.
Experience with Mazatrol.
Ability to create 3D models, with Creo experience preferred.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $105000.00/yr.
