We're honored to be selected by the Department of Energy to receive up to $22.3 million in investment supporting our Nexcast Mini Mill and other breakthrough projects which will steer the aluminum industry toward a greener, decarbonized future.Manufacturing Engineer Benefits:· $35+/hr (Dependent on Qualifications)· Quarterly bonus eligibility· 401k Company Match· Medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance with generous company contribution to your Health Savings Account· Gym membership and tuition reimbursement· Work schedule that offers 3-day weekend every other weekManufacturing Engineer Job Summary:This position will work in our Casting production environment.  • Applies process development, lean and problem-solving tools to continue to drive departmental process improvements.• Supports the manufacturing floor by addressing process-related inquiries, leading training efforts for process understanding and participating in of leading process improvements within production systems• Assists with the development of department and organizational procedures, initiate and justify capital purchases and improvement projects based on safety considerations, quality and production requirements.• Performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repairing, adjusting, and rebuilding, on industrial production machinery and supporting equipment.• Operate mobile equipment, such as forklift, skid steer loader, shop crane, scissor lift, and articulating man lift, as required to perform maintenance duties.• Interpret safety and work instructions, both verbal and written, to understand required specifications.• Operate PLC and HMI production equipment including troubleshooting when necessary.• Ensure product is running within quality parameters and making necessary adjustments as needed.PIc7bf6671a6e6-30070-38147286
