Approve the drawings and specs that bring products to life

Design smarter tools and source the right equipment

Troubleshoot bottlenecks with calm and creativity

Lead hands-on training that actually sticks

Build and iterate on prototypes that push boundaries

The Right Fit Has: A degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering

3-5 years in the manufacturing trenches

An eye for process improvement and a mind for problem-solving

Familiarity with MRP systems (extra points)

Experience with metal fabrication, welding, or coatings (bonus!)
