Reliance One is looking for one of our clients to add a Manufacturing Engineer to their team. This is your chance to lead large-scale, high-impact powertrain projects and work in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
What Youll Do Manage Projects Prepare for production of Client's casting products: aluminum cylinder blocks, HYBRID transmission cases/housings. Support BEV STEP 3 development: e-Axle case, housing, suspension member (SOP ~2027). Oversee 1224 month projects from planning, budgeting, and procurement to installation and trials. Manage budgets from $5M$45M.
Manage Processes Study TMC-based processes and create NA-specific Operation Drawings. Support shikumi development and hoshin (goal-setting) objectives.
Resolve Problems Build/manage daily project Punchlists.
Lead Teams Oversee pre-production teams, schedule meetings, coordinate with contractors, and gain consensus on materials and installations.
What You Bring Education: BS+ in Engineering (Mechanical, Metallurgical, Electrical) or equivalent experience. Experience: 3+ years in production prep/manufacturing. 1+ years managing major model changes (equipment, tooling, fixtures, transfers). 1+ years as a project leader with cross-functional coordination and milestone management.
