Job Details
* Drive the connector product design from concept to launch. * Work with plastics (injection molding) and metals (stamping, machining). * Create BOMs, ECNs, and drawings using SolidWorks/CREO. * Perform connector testing (tensile, thermal, Mil spec) and validation. * Collaborate with test labs, cross-functional teams, and suppliers. * Apply Lean and continuous improvement to every project. * Communicate with customers on technical documents and requirements.
What We’re Looking For:
* Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering (or related). * 3+ years in connector product design. * Expert in SolidWorks & CREO with GD&T. * Experience with MIL-spec connectors (5015, 38999, 28482). * Strong knowledge of injection molding, stamping, crimping, welding. * Hands-on prototyping, including 3D printing. * Familiarity with Lean tools and FEA/simulation a plus.
