MECHANICAL ENGINEER - HVAC
Consulting Engineer that provides mechanical and electrical engineering services for Commercial, Industrial, Healthcare and Educational Facilities is seeking full-time mechanical engineers with experience designing similar types of facilities. Successful candidates need to be familiar with building codes, ASHRAE and other applicable design standards. Successful candidates should have the ability to coordinate projects with Clients, and be able to prepare contract documents. Applicants must have knowledge of how to prepare/check cooling & heating load calculations, design air distribution systems and hydronic heating and cooling systems. In addition, applicants need to be able to run projects through construction, check shop drawings, be able to respond to RFI’s and perform detailed field surveys and building evaluations.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Technical English writing skills for specifications and general communication.
Through knowledge of building mechanical systems.
Must have the ability to markup drawings in 2D & 3D.
SALARY: $75-125K
