Mid-career / SolidWorks-proficient : starting at $60K
Highly experienced or leading projects : starting at $70K
What You'll Be Doing Designing vehicle components and assemblies in SolidWorks
Supporting metal fabrication and custom manufacturing projects from concept to prototype
Collaborating with shop technicians to ensure design feasibility and quality outcomes
Creating drawings and documentation that support production and compliance
Using your hands-on mindset to solve mechanical challenges and improve our design library
About You You're passionate about mechanical design and love working on real things (not just models)
Proficient in SolidWorks and experienced in design for manufacturing or metal fabrication
Comfortable in a small, fast-paced shop environment-hands-on, collaborative, and detail-focused
Able to work independently, stay organized, and contribute creative solutions to the team
