In this role, you'll manage full projects from design to installation, working on high-impact equipment that blends mechanical, hydraulic, and structural elements. You'll collaborate closely with production, sales, and service, and play a key part in shaping future product lines.

The Role:

Take full ownership of mechanical design projects - from concept through to install Work with cross-functional teams (sales, production, service) to meet customer needs Use SolidWorks and AutoCAD to develop designs, BOMs, and documentation Get stuck in with product R&D, cost analysis, and continuous improvement The Person: Mechanical Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment Proficient in 3D CAD - ideally SolidWorks Strong communicator who enjoys variety and seeing a project through Hands-on mindset and excited to work on big, heavy-duty systems
