This Engineering position is available at either the Mid-level or Senior Engineer level. Please refer to the qualifications outlined below for each level. Mid Level - $88,200 - $108,000 Senior Level - $115,200 - $141,000 These ranges are annual salaries based on experience and include a comprehensive benefits package with bonuses and 401K options. POSITION SUMMARY The Mechanical Engineer is responsible for executing engineering and technical tasks with general supervision, specifically in support of nuclear plant operations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Carry out engineering and technical assignments as directed, applying general engineering principles. Ensure all engineering deliverables meet safety analyses, industry codes, engineering specifications, and regulatory requirements. Contribute to the development and execution of efficient processes and techniques at appropriate detail levels, adhering to established policies and procedures. Propose enhancements to formats and methodologies in existing processes and procedures. QUALIFICATIONS For Mid-level Engineer: Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 2+ years of nuclear or related engineering experience. For Senior Engineer: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a Licensed Professional Engineer with 5+ years of engineering experience. PREFERRED SKILLS Strong understanding of engineering principles. Experience with the drawing review and revision processes. Excellent analytical skills for evaluating technical documentation. Proven ability to collaborate effectively within teams and present ideas clearly. Experience in leading design projects from concept through to completion.
