Based in our on-site Tech Hub in Charlotte, North Carolina, you’ll work in a modern environment equipped with cutting-edge technology, collaborative workspaces, an on-site barista, and a Zen Garden that enhances your work experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Translate Business Needs into Scalable Solutions: Collaborate with product teams to interpret business requirements and design software solutions using Kotlin and Android Studio, leveraging Jetpack Compose for modern UI development.
Develop and Optimize Mobile Applications: Build and modify enterprise Android applications focused on performance, maintainability, and responsiveness across various computing environments.
Ensure Quality Through Testing and Review: Apply test-driven and behavior-driven development methodologies, performing rigorous testing and code reviews to maintain integrity and scalability.
Implement DevOps and Automation Best Practices: Enhance efficiency with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools, automating build, test, and deployment processes for Android apps.
Monitor, Troubleshoot, and Improve Solutions: Utilize tools like Charles Proxy or Proxyman for debugging and contribute to libraries that boost cross-functional productivity.
Minimum Qualifications:
2 years of experience in software development or a related field.
2 years of experience applying development life cycles (SDLC) through iterative agile development.
2 years' experience with frontend technologies, middleware, database technologies, or DevOps.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer information systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
