CTG is seeking to fill a remote .NET Fullstack Engineer opening for our client in Wilmington, DE.

Overview:
The .NET Fullstack Engineer provides design, development, and technical direction for complex software solutions, including enhancements and support of existing systems. This role requires a deep understanding of system interdependencies and business requirements, offering high-level technical consulting and leadership. The engineer may guide junior staff and contribute to technical evaluations, architecture design, and project planning.
Primary Responsibilities:
Lead and execute full stack design and development of applications using .NET WebForms, MVC, C#, SQL Server, Angular
Migrate .NET Web applications to Azure Cloud environments
Design and develop complex web applications, implement SSO Authentication, perform data modeling with Entity Framework Core, and apply TDD principles
Maintain a functional understanding of supported applications and overall system architecture
Prepare and manage technical components of project plans
Collaborate with Development, Operations, and Technology teams for systems development from analysis to UAT
Prepare and execute test data, debug issues, and review assessments for project effort estimation
Analyze complex interrelationships among systems, platforms, and applications
Maintain system documentation, diagrams, and functional specifications
Participate in evaluating new technologies, tools, and policies to improve system performance
Adhere to company risk, regulatory, and compliance standards
Lead or participate in special projects, due diligence efforts, or cost-benefit analyses
Education and Experience Required:
Associate degree with 5+ years in systems analysis and application development, or 7+ years of combined education and experience
Hands-on experience with .NET WebForms, MVC, C#, SQL Server, Angular
Experience migrating applications to Azure Cloud
Proficiency in web app design, SSO authentication, data modeling with EF Core, and test-driven development (TDD)
Familiarity with project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple complex projects and interact with business units to deliver effective technology solutions
Education Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $49.49 to $82.49 per hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
