A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring a  NOC Change Management Engineer.

Position Type: Full-Time, Contract to hire

Duration: 6 months

Location: Littleton, CO- 80120 (Onsite)

As a  NOC Change Management Engineer , you will : The Engineer will support the Change Management team. Be proactive in the Change Management Maintenance arena including decision making during approvals Understand and develop Moratoriums for the wireless network, for work stoppages and freezes within the network. Assist in development and approval of ServiceNow and CMDB. Help formulate and establish robust change management process Help assist and develop scalable, scheduling, entry and approval process for change management system using tools ServiceNow, JIRA Track and Report performance metrics for the change management ecosystem Establish Change success and failure criteria, failure root cause, failure notification and incident follow-up Set up dashboard for easy access and reporting for NOC as part day to day troubleshooting tracking change request.

The ideal candidate will have: Bachelor’s degree in electrical/computer engineering preferred or 5 or more years of professional experience as a NOC engineer or Change engineer in a large enterprise NOC Possess Configuration Management (CMDB) knowledge 5+ years of experience in a Network Operations Center with a focus on change management 2-5+ years of experience working within the Wireless industry (3GPP) In depth understanding of the NOC Operating Model FCAPS or ITIL - ServiceNow experience a plus

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: $40-$44 per hour

* Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
