Job Mission
Support manufacturing operations to achieve world-class product quality, reduced lead times, and faster time-to-market through continuous improvement of ASML’s products and processes.
This role is part of the EUV Manufacturing Final Assembly and Test group in Wilton, CT, and focuses on developing and optimizing manufacturing processes for lithography systems.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain manufacturing procedures, specifications, and technical work instructions.
Manage MRP controls for module production.
Troubleshoot electro-mechanical systems and subsystems.
Analyze failed parts and propose solutions.
Review supplier failure analysis reports and validate root causes.
Improve cycle time and reduce labor hours through process optimization.
Assess manufacturability of mechanical designs.
Design production tooling and qualification tests.
Create mechanical drawings from CAD models.
Oversee calibration, maintenance, and procurement of analytical instruments.
Education and Experience Requirements
Master’s Degree in a technical engineering field or computer science with internship experience in a technical environment
Bachelor’s Degree in the a technical engineering field or Computer Science with 2+ years of technical experience.
Work Environment
Office:
Frequent sitting, walking, typing, and occasional lifting (up to 20 lbs).
May require travel based on business needs.
Factory:
Cleanroom environment with full gowning required.
Physical activity includes lifting (up to 50 lbs), climbing ladders, and working around chemicals and machinery.
Moderate temperature and noise levels.
Must meet vision requirements (close, color, peripheral, depth perception, focus).
Wilton Factory Specifics:
ISO 9000/14000 standards.
Use of overhead cranes, forklifts, and pallet movers.
Occasional campus movement and travel.

This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work.
