We are currently hiring multiple *On-Site Operations Assistants* to oversee daily mining site operations and undergo training to grow into future *On-Site Operations Managers*.If you are interested in *Bitcoin mining, data center management, power and cooling system maintenance*, and want to build a long-term career in the blockchain industry, we welcome you to join us!*Responsibilities** *Mining Operations & Maintenance*: Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and troubleshooting of mining machines (e.g., Antminer, Whatsminer) to ensure stable equipment operation.* *System Monitoring*: Monitor mining system performance, power load, cooling systems, and network stability in real time to maximize operational efficiency.* *Data Analysis*: Utilize *Excel, SQL, and other tools* to analyze mining data, optimize hashrate, power consumption, and mining performance.* *Equipment Management*: Coordinate miner repairs, replacements, and spare parts inventory, managing supplier relations and technical support.* *Safety & Compliance*: Implement *Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)*, ensure compliance with operational safety regulations, and improve the overall work environment.*Job Requirements* *Education*: Bachelor’s degree or above in *Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Automation, Network Engineering*, or a related technical field preferred. *Hardware & Equipment*: Experience with *computer hardware, servers, data centers, or mining machine operations* preferred. *Technical Skills*:* Basic proficiency in *Linux administration, network management (TCP/IP, VPN)** Familiarity with *mining hardware, power load calculation, and cooling systems (air/liquid cooling)* is a plus* Ability to use *Excel, SQL* for data analysis to optimize mining efficiency* Ability to respond quickly to *emergency failures* and adapt to flexible work schedules, including urgent repairs *Language Skills*:Fluent in *English and Chinese*，capable of seamless communication with global and local teams. *Preferred Qualifications*:* Experience in *data center operations, facility management, or large-scale equipment maintenance** Holders of *electrician licenses, CCNA, or Linux administration certifications (RHCSA / LPIC)* will be given priority consideration *Need to relocate, provide accommodation**Provide H1B lottery opportunities*Job Type: Full-timePay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per yearSchedule:* Day shiftLanguage:* Mandarin (Required)Work Location: In person
