Job Purpose Ensure downstream delivery of automotive production facilities through daily leadership of MAP plastics recording, analysis, and reporting of delivery characteristics including but not limited to downtime, bottlenecks, and equipment conditions. Key Accountabilities Lead efficiency improvement projects and production support requiring the collaboration of cross functional and cross-plant teams in pursuit of department delivery objectives. Monitor and analyze ActivPlant downtime root cause entries for accuracy and efficiency improvement opportunities; support shift editing and root cause correction as needed Lead delivery characteristic reporting for MAP plastics at department, plant, and Bukai levels for daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly timings Lead delivery monthly business plan reporting, delivery business plan theme development, and delivery business plan theme implementation; additional support for other category business plan themes as needed Develop and maintain equipment tool allocation and load plan strategy for MAP plastics Support weekend work and holiday/shutdown logistics planning/reporting Facilitate crisis management in case of extended downtime event or emergency part supply request Workstyle This is a 100% onsite job based at our Marysville Auto Plant in Ohio. Candidate must be able to work 5 days per week in the office or, as required based on deliverables. Qualifications, Experience, and Skills Bachelor s Degree in Engineering (Plastics preferred, Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing optional) or 4 years related experience Minimum Experience 2 to 8 years of experience based on education Other Job-Specific Skills: Excel, lean manufacturing, problem solving/decision making, plastics injection or other manufacturing competency
