#### Role Overview We are seeking a skilled **Plumbing Designer/Engineer** to play a pivotal role in designing plumbing systems for the building types noted above. This position requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and exceptional communication skills to ensure project success.

#### Key Responsibilities - Design plumbing systems, including: - Sanitary systems - Grease systems - Domestic water and hot water systems - Storm systems - Compressed air and gas piping - Coordinate project designs with engineers, technicians, and architects. - Review drawings from vendors, clients, engineers, and architects, providing recommendations for improvements. - Research plumbing code issues and communicate with city, state, and county officials. - Perform site visits and interact with clients to ensure project alignment and resolution of challenges. - Troubleshoot plumbing system issues effectively.

#### Qualifications - **Required Skills and Experience:** - 3–5 years of experience in plumbing system design. - Proficiency in Revit (essential). - Basic knowledge of AutoCAD (preferred). - Familiarity with plumbing codes. - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially under pressure.
