BENEFITS & PAY BASED ON EXPERIENCE.*JOB DUTIES*** Interpret architects plans/follow erection drawings and manufacturers installation manual* Erecting metal frames, installing wall and roof panels, and finishing trim work.* Follow job specific plans, erections sequence, and specific bracing plans* Operate a variety of hand and power tools, including drills, forklifts, skid loaders and other tools* Familiarity and capability with rigging techniques for steel erection* Supervise and communicate the management of on-site construction* Effectively lead, manage and motivate crews of 5 to 6 individuals* Responsible for completing daily timesheets and maintaining daily logs* Ensure adherence to safe work practices and procedures* Perform other related duties and responsibilities as required* Certified on equipment/provide training certificates* Willing to travel* Financially responsible with company credit card* Perform other related duties and responsibilities as requiredBenefit Conditions:* Waiting period may apply* Only full-time employees eligibleTypical end time:* 5PMTypical start time:* 6AMWork Remotely* NoJob Type: Full-timePay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per yearBenefits:* Health insurance* Life insurance* Paid time off* Retirement planSchedule:* 10 hour shift* Monday to Friday* On call* Overtime* Weekends as neededExperience:* Carpentry/PEMB: 3 years (Preferred)Willingness to travel:* 75% (Preferred)Work Location: In person
