Requirements 15+ years of professional development experience writing new code in applications using C++, C#, and SQL. Experience in designing software application architecture. Experience in coaching, guiding, and assisting other developers. Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) or Jira. Demonstrated ability to guide less-experienced developers on most technical patterns, solutions, and techniques. Demonstrated success independently developing small and large programming projects with minimal to no oversight from management.
