Job Description: As a Principal Civil Engineer, you will lead a team of project managers and engineers, overseeing the design of residential, commercial, and public development projects. You will work closely with clients to develop and maintain a project pipeline, ensure quality designs, manage the permitting process, and keep projects on schedule and within budget.
