We want leaders who take ownership, solve challenging problems with best practices and modern technologies, and communicate effectively within collaborative teams. If you are passionate about infrastructure, DevOps, and delivering data security at scale, we want to hear from you.Your ImpactEnsure application scalability and reliability from day one, working in Agile/Scrum teams and representing the SRE perspective.Design and improve software architecture for scalability, reliability, cost-efficiency, and performance.Automate infrastructure provisioning and operations, applying Infrastructure as Code principles.Enhance CI/CD processes and help teams deliver value early.Mentor team members on large-scale cloud deployments, sharing expertise and best practices.Promote observability practices, including metrics, logging, and system visibility.Establish processes like on-call rotations, postmortems, and runbooks to support infrastructure reliability and reduce resolution times.Support and optimize mission-critical front-end and back-end systems.Improve site performance, monitoring, and infrastructure stability.QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.5+ years of industry engineering experience.Proficient scripting skills (Python, Bash).3+ years working with microservices on Kubernetes.Hands-on experience with Helm, Istio, Vault.Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).Proficient with CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, Jenkins, CircleCI).Deep knowledge of operating systems, Unix/Linux.Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana).Expertise in large-scale distributed systems troubleshooting.Experience with message queues and databases (RabbitMQ, Kafka, Postgres, Elasticsearch, MongoDB).Strong communication skills and leadership qualities.Additional InformationThe TeamOur engineering team is at the forefront of cybersecurity innovation, tackling evolving cyber threats with cutting-edge solutions. Compensation may include stock units and bonuses.
