We are seeking a Principal Engineer to lead high-impact engineering efforts and elevate technical standards across our product lines. This role requires deep expertise across multiple domains—such as systems, embedded software, mechanical, and electrical engineering—and a proven track record to architect and deliver sophisticated, scalable solutions. You will define system architectures, seek critical design challenges, and collaborate multi-functionally to ensure efficient performance, reliability, and manufacturability. As a technical leader, you’ll mentor engineers, influence product direction, and help craft our long-term engineering vision. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Define and drive  the technical direction to ensure long-term product performance and reliability. Apply first-principles thinking , analytical modeling, and design calculations to validate and improve product integrity. Represent the company  in industry standards bodies, regulatory committees, and technical working groups. Mentor engineers  and lead design reviews, instilling standard processes and continuous improvement. Establish VAVE processes,  tools, and metrics to institutionalize value engineering across the organization. Champion a culture  of accountability, innovation, and technical rigor across the organization.

For This Role, You Will Need: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering + years of dynamic engineering experience , with strong focus on product development, Value Analysis, Value Engineering, cost reduction or product optimization Strong analytical skills and proficiency in analytical modeling, design calculations and value analysis tools Proven record to tackle complex technical problems using structured methodologies (, D, FMEA, RCA)
