As a Principal Quality IT Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing and managing a new Implementation Testing Service within our Quality Engineering organization. Your strategic leadership will be essential as you collaborate with executive stakeholders, third-party vendors, and clients across various products and sectors. In this pivotal position, you will: Define and implement a comprehensive Quality Strategy, ensuring quality is embedded early in our processes. Serve as a thought leader for the Implementation services roadmap. Engage with executive leadership and external partners to align quality strategies with implementation goals. Guide product teams on best practices and provide leadership to enhance quality initiatives. Deliver data-driven insights into implementation testing performance through metrics and reporting frameworks. Lead cross-functional teams in designing, developing, and deploying Quality capabilities. Participate in Quality Excellence Center (QEC) activities, focusing on metrics, training, recruiting, and career planning. To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience. A minimum of 8 years in software testing, including automation. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to engage C-level and external clients. Advanced knowledge of testing practices, methods, standards, and tools. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms, and test data management.
