Key Responsibilities: Lead new product development initiatives with enthusiasm, aligning them with customer expectations and Nextern’s mission. Transform customer requirements into manufacturable designs while maintaining quality and compliance. Construct and evaluate prototypes to ensure they meet specifications and address feasibility. Work alongside our talented CAD designers to create detailed drawings and BOM structures. Engage in risk management discussions, ensuring proactive approaches to device safety. Develop comprehensive testing plans and support pilot builds, ensuring each step adheres to our commitment to quality. Collaborate with Supply Chain on sourcing and material procurement to streamline production processes. Participate in technical design reviews and share your insights to elevate overall project outcomes. Requirements What We’re Looking For: A Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 10-15 years of hands-on experience and a desire to innovate. Salary Range for This Position: $120,000 - $150,000.
