Your day to day: Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute an architectural strategy that solidifies the exceptional mobile experiences development for iOS. Provide expert advice and counsel to senior executives, influencing the development of multi-year strategy and tech roadmap. Application Development: Oversee the design and development of the mobile applications. Ensure the applications meet high-performance standards and align with the overall tech strategy. Developer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with the developer community. Gather feedback to continuously improve mobile application development. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to align consumer experiences initiatives with business objectives. Coordinate with compliance and legal teams to ensure all activities meet regulatory standards. What do you need to bring : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 15+ years of experience in mobile app development and 5+ years of architecting and leading senior engineers. Proven track record in designing and architecting complex features and functionalities for iOS applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability. Ability to work across multiple domains and sub-systems, and think end to end while developing solutions. Good understanding of experience orchestrations and ability to collaborate with backend teams to come up with the Data modeling and API contracts. Expertise in iOS technologies and architecture. Proficiency in Swift, Objective-C, and React Native with the ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code. Experience in performance optimization, multi-threading and memory management. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in the financial industry.
