Job Overview: The Process Engineer Level II plays a vital role in enhancing Logistics fundamentals by focusing on Safety, Quality, Productivity, and Cost Efficiency. This position is instrumental in driving process development and improvement projects aligned with our operational goals and capital investment plans. Key Responsibilities: Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives across Logistics, production, and business processes. Develop logistics-related processes, establish standard work, and maintain thorough process documentation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance strategic Logistics processes. Mentor a small team of logistics professionals, promoting collaboration and high performance. Oversee logistics projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and effective completion. Utilize advanced analytics and modeling techniques to forecast trends and optimize logistics processes, facilitating data-driven decision-making. Actively promote the deployment of lean concepts throughout the organization. Support Process Lead in Process Improvement Team (PPT/IPT) projects. Conduct extensive data analysis to effectively resolve challenges within logistics. Assist in identifying, analyzing, and resolving logistical issues, while leading problem-solving groups. Design and maintain Distribution Center layouts and operational fixtures. Your Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering required. 2-4 years of relevant engineering experience required. Proficient in 2D and 3D modeling. Experience leading teams is a plus. Strong written and oral communication skills are essential. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required.
