Position Summary
The process engineer will be responsible for technically supporting production flow line with processes, tooling and resolution of non-conforming material.
Location
Our focus is to physically support the production floor; therefore, all Aero Gear employees work on-site, only. There are no remote or hybrid arrangements, and no relocation assistance is provided for this position.
Essential Functions
· Develop and maintain operation processes for flow line.
· Design tooling, fixtures and gauges.
· Participate on continuous improvement teams and champion improvement initiatives.
· Review and disposition nonconforming material.
· Develop rework processes.
· Support flow line with technical issues.
· Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
· Maintain appropriate tact and diplomacy in dealings with co-workers, team members and supervisors.
Competencies
· Must have strong mechanical aptitude
· Strong organizational skills
· Excellent attitude and teamwork
· Solid Modeling using SolidWorks or NX, experience with ERP Systems
Experience and Education
· Must have previous process engineering experience supporting CNC lathes, mills and grinding equipment.
· Degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent required.
Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Compensation
$70000 – $100000 / year
