The company is a privately held contract manufacturing firm of composite material to the industrial, electronics, aerospace, and defense industries. A qualified candidate will have: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent work experience. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Process Engineering role, preferably in the textile, automotive, fiberglass or glass manufacturing industries. Experience with formal Root Cause Analysis (RCA) techniques. Ability to use Statistical Process Control (SPC) software. Proficiency in Wonderware and/or Statgraphics would be preferred. Experience with capital project development and management would be preferred. Experience with Lean Manufacturing techniques would be preferred. Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
