Product Evolution Engineer

Your Mission: As a Product Evolution Engineer, you will be the cornerstone of pivotal changes initiated by customers and our internal teams. At CelLink, you will use your technical expertise to convert customer needs into CAD designs and oversee their flawless execution in manufacturing processes. As a critical liaison, your responsibility will stretch across design, testing, and validation to deliver excellence in production.

The Role in Focus:

Act as the technical communicator for client-driven requests, altering layouts, materials, or components.

Coordinate and guide drawing releases while ensuring synchronicity between internal and client teams.

Lead and engage in design assessments and risk analysis meetings, facilitating lessons learned discussions.

Ensure product testing meets rigorous standards to guarantee reliability for every customer.

Design Mastery:

Show prowess in 3D CAD modeling with tools like CATIA V5, SolidWorks, or UG.

Steer design projects from prototypes to their triumphant launch.

Influence the crafting of components that align with CelLink's unique manufacturing processes.

Embed best engineering principles into product creation and continuous improvements.

Declutter design complexities using fast prototyping techniques.

Production Lifecycle & Beyond:

Diagnose, resolve, and document design snags with structured methodologies.

Collaboratively work with stakeholders for component readiness and launch success, adhering to APQP processes.

Validation Excellence:

Craft and execute thorough validation test plans and document outcomes.

Support rigorous customer validation undertakings.

Your Expertise:

Hold a Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Hold 2+ years in product design or release.

Your CAD skills enrich product development, especially in high voltage or low voltage systems.

Adeptness in the industry's standards and skilled in GD&T and its applications.

Your Work Environment:

Experience a balance between office and shop settings, both demanding your presence and skills in overcoming challenging conditions, making CelLink a leader in the domain.
