Mission/Purpose Of The Job This role supports sales products through technical expertise in the Americas, serving as a resource for product selection, configuration, and application suitability, and developing strong relationships with sales and technical teams. Main Responsibilities Support product installations, startup, and qualifications at customer sites. Train customers and sales channels on product applications. Provide technical support and consulting for product questions. Recommend vacuum equipment for applications. Prepare and deliver product presentations. Perform vacuum and related calculations using appropriate tools. Develop application knowledge and contribute to the Knowledge Warehouse. Support regional marketing and manage customer complaints and warranty claims. Perform other duties as assigned.
