New Today

The convergence of laboratory automation, high-throughput assays, and machine learning is rapidly moving biological discovery onto silicon. We are building a platform to store, visualize, and analyze this next generation of scientific insights. Teams at pharmaceutical, biotech, and solution provider companies trust and rely on our technology to enhance, inform, and deliver their products. This is a tiny team (13 as of July 18th, 2025) which has over four years built and sold a large amount of genuinely useful, interesting tech to a difficult market which is skeptical of newcomers. Our customers have a broad range of product expectations, require close collaboration and nuanced communication, include both technical and non-technical users, and routinely execute computational tasks involving multiple terabytes of data. Our persistence is leading to market validation. In the past year (July to July), we have more than tripled our revenue. More importantly for our long term growth, we have a repeatable sales process with a path to 50 million ARR over the next three years. Here is a sample of our core product offeringsDistributed file-system with metadata on Postgres and blobs on S3. Includes a web UI, and a FUSE driverWorkflow orchestrator based on KubernetesInteractive on-demand compute instances based on Kubernetes containersStatically-typed tabular data storage engineReactive Python-based web application framework for data analysis and visualizationUpcoming: a cluster orchestrator and workflow engine designed to accept compute nodes from anywhere on the internetStartups dedicated to just one of these things pop-up periodically, with most of them pursuing less-general implementations. This is a very tech-heavy company.About the roleWe are looking for people to join our team of five engineers.
