As a Production Engineer III, you will lead key initiatives that improve well performance, integrity, and efficiency across multiple assets. You will apply strong technical knowledge in artificial lift, , choke management, to designing well interventions and implementing effective solutions to maintain and improve well performance. In this role, you will manage projects, troubleshoot operational issues, and collaborate across teams to drive safe, cost-effective production. Your contributions will support innovation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement across the organization.

Responsibilities/Expectations: Develops and refines choke management strategies for lifecycle optimization Designs and optimizes chemical and flow assurance programs Utilizes time and cost estimation tools to enhance project planning and execution, while overseeing budgets, schedules, and conducting thorough post-project evaluations Troubleshoots operational issues and implement solutions, while also conducting mechanical integrity assessments and recommending improvements Collaborates cross-functionally to align on production strategies and execution Shares technical knowledge and mentors peers to support team development Implements new technologies or procedures to enhance operational performance Other duties as assigned
Education/Years of Experience: Required: Bachelor’s Degree in relevant Engineering field from an accredited college or university, OR Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Technology in a relevant field with Professional Engineer (P.E.) license; A minimum four (4) years of multifaceted engineering experience in the natural gas or petrochemical industry
Other Requirements: Exhibits excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and deems safety an utmost priority Proficiency in Microsoft Office Application and PC skills Proficient in designing and reviewing completions programs Strong understanding of well integrity and safety standards Skilled in troubleshooting operational issues and implementing solutions Effective in cross-functional collaboration and communication Preferred: FE Certification Preferred: Project Management experience
