The incumbent in this position will focus a significant amount of their efforts in leading and supporting process improvements at the site. Of specific note, this person will support introduction and scale-up of new products into the facility while working across functional teams to identify and correct specific issues that are negatively impacting the manufacturing team’s ability to produce quality product correctly the first time. This person will provide support and leadership to the site’s on-going process safety effort. They will also guide and work in collaboration with the maintenance and project engineering teams to develop capital projects including project definition, design work, and costing.
