Production Engineer

We are looking for a Production Engineer with strong CNC machining experiencespecifically focused on aluminum drills, lathes, and mills.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years working in CNC manufacturing environments.
Hands-on experience with aluminum CNC processes is highly preferred, including drills, lathes, and milling machines.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Skilled in reading and creating electrical schematics using CAD tools.
Experience using ERP systems such as PLEX.
Exposure to PLCs, HMIs, motion control systems, and automation software.
Basic knowledge of robotics, PLC programming, and NC controls is a bonus.
Able to interpret ladder logic, pneumatic/hydraulic diagrams, and mechanical prints with GD&T.
Personal & Professional Skills:
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, particularly in CNC and automation-related issues.
Capable of balancing multiple priorities and managing deadlines.
Clear and professional communicationwritten, verbal, and visual (basic presentation skills).
Strong awareness of manufacturing safety standards and protocols.
Education:
Associate degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferred, or a combination of technical training and relevant hands-on experience in CNC manufacturing.
