Realizes development, implementation and optimization of production technology for production of new and existing Schaeffler products. Develop, validate and implement production technologies. Improve production technologies in terms of quality, cost and robustness. Initiate and coordinate development of production machines and tools. Validate machines and tools. Support/enable production or production departments to realize production (hand-over, training, trouble-shooting). Your Qualifications

Required Bachelor's degree in an engineering related field 1 year of relevant experience Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.

Solid understanding of industrial manufacturing processes, equipment, and technologies.

Strong analytical skills with complex problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality standards relevant to production environments. Experience with CAD/CAM software and automation systems. Proficiency in data analysis and statistical tools Our Offering
