Qualifications you'll bring:
A bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related
experience in information technology field.
The availability to work full-time, virtual
4+ years' experience in Information Technology
Deep understanding of user lifecycle management and customer lifecycle management.
Demonstrated experience engineering Identity Management solutions with modern security, testing and documentation principles and best practices.
Ability to work independently, think critically, and help evolve the IAM Program.
Curiosity to foster innovation and pave the way for growth

Your key responsibilities:
Help expand the Identity and Access Management program that modernizes the user experience and provides zero-trust security.
Build relationships with Cyber Security, DevSecOps, Product teams and the business to translate requirements into technical projects.
Drive adoption of Identity Management architecture, design, and best practices across the organization.
Support IAM systems with enterprise applications using protocols such as SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
Monitor and troubleshoot IAM systems to ensure high availability and performance.
Support complex incident response efforts related to identity and access issues.
Provide tier-2 level support across the IAM landscape
Foster an environment of growt h by mentoring IAM Analysts
Contribute to our humble pursuit of excellence by performing various
responsibilities that may arise, reflecting our collective goal of enhancing
healthcare delivery and being the difference for the customer.
