Responsibilities include:
Maintaining familiarity with plans, specifications, schedules, and safety regulations.
Assisting WMATA in project budget oversight.
Managing financial records and using WMATA's record-keeping system (Procore).
Monitoring payroll reports, preparing variance reports.
Reconciliation of costs versus budgets, reporting on scope changes, KPIs, and variances.
Documenting contingency use, coordinating addenda, reviewing schedule performance.
Updating processes and procedures, supporting change orders, and assisting in cost estimate preparations.
Monitoring project activities, claims, change orders, and performing other duties as assigned.
Background and experience required:
Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields.
At least six years of project financial and portfolio management experience.
Experience with change order management and Microsoft 365 applications.
Preferred qualifications include familiarity with WMATA processes and PMP certification.
Salary Range: $116,000 to $140,000 per year.
