This role requires ownership of projects won to deliver high-level customer service from order placement to delivery of the project and providing ongoing support as required.*Core Responsibilities:** Customer correspondence – discussing technical and commercial issues with customers for new and on-going projects.* Collaborating with other elements of the A&D group including design, analysis and modelling as well as manufacturing to develop project solutions.* Develop project timing and detailed quotations including potential qualification testing and analysis needed.* Release and coordination of projects for manufacturing.* Ensuring customer requirements, quality and project timing is being met with projects progressing through manufacturing by working closely with internal PWR North America production and quality teams.* Working closely with procurement and suppliers to source unique project materials or services.* Product development and improving engineering processes – working to uphold the highest standard of AS9100 and ITAR* Leverage product knowledge and technical understanding to assist with new sales opportunities.* Failure analysis and review of existing products to develop improvements where possible.*Desired Qualifications:** Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent in Engineering with 1-3+ years’ experience in Mechanical Engineering* Experience managing design processes and competent use of CAD for component or project review* Experience with ITAR/AS9100/TS16949 working environments, requirements, and restrictions.* Advanced level computer skills and excellent customer service skills with strong commercial acumen* Excellent communication skills to collaborate across global teams, customers, and manufacturing units.* This role is restricted to U.S. persons (i.e., U.S. citizens, permanent residents, and other protected individuals under the Immigration and Naturalization Act, 8 U. S.C. 1324b(a)(3)) due to access to export-controlled technology.
