What you’ll be doing Deploying, configuring, testing (UAT), and supporting the launch of software projects. Conducting systems analysis, software installation, and configuration activities. Integrating with third-party systems, conducting acceptance testing, and coaching for operational launch. Configuring, testing, and troubleshooting solutions based on advanced technologies such as Cloud architectures, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, and Machine Learning. What you’ll need to be successful Experience in IT, including network, server administration, databases, and relevant cloud technologies; certifications are a plus. Experience in Broadcast (TV, Radio, Web TV). Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English. Experience in software deployment and configuration according to system specifications. Experience with Object-Oriented programming languages or Groovy Scripting is a plus. Familiarity with platforms and tools such as Microsoft Project, SQL, Microsoft Server environments, XML/XSL, API, Tableau, AWS, and video codecs & formats is advantageous. Ability to generate detailed reports, summarize technical project status, anticipate risks, and escalate issues appropriately. Attention to detail, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and planning skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Self-motivated, quick learner, and innovative thinker.
