You’ll collaborate across engineering, data science, and product to establish and scale our quality processes. From automated test suites to real-world user validation, your work ensures that what we ship is accurate, reliable, and built to last.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine, implement, and scale testing strategies across Alembic’s product and data pipelinesWrite and maintain automated test cases (unit, integration, regression, end-to-end)Develop and own tools for test automation, continuous testing, and validation at scaleCollaborate closely with engineers and data scientists to detect, reproduce, and debug complex issues across systemsChampion quality across the organization—build a culture of proactive validation and fast feedback loopsParticipate in product planning and design reviews to ensure quality from the startContribute to performance testing, security testing, and compliance readiness effortsMust-Have Qualifications3–5+ years experience in Quality Assurance or Software TestingStrong proficiency with test automation frameworks (e.g., Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, Pytest)Experience testing modern web applications, APIs (REST, GraphQL), and/or data platformsSolid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and testing integrations (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins)Comfort working in fast-paced, startup environments with ambiguity and evolving systemsExcellent communication and documentation skillsNice-to-HaveFamiliarity with data validation techniques in ML or analytics platformsExposure to infrastructure-as-code environments (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes)Experience working with cloud services (AWS preferred)Interest in marketing analytics, causal inference, or AI/ML validationWhat You’ll GetA seat at the table in a company solving complex, high-impact problemsOpportunity to shape QA processes and influence product quality at scaleWork closely with senior engineers, scientists, and product leadersHigh-trust culture centered on excellence, integrity, and curiosityCompensation Range: $157K
